Job Description

KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• This position acts as an interface between the links team and the management.
• Responsible for overall supervision, planning, controlling and coordination of all activities of the assigned team.
• Candidate shall be in charge & supervising of day to day functioning of the links team.
• Establish and maintain seamless co-ordination & co-operation with all departments of SSPL to ensure maximum productivity at work.
• Shall devise systems and procedures to ensure daily targets are met.
• Any matter which may affect the interests of SSPL should be brought to the attention of the Management.
• Ensure the productivity of the organization is maintained in all projects assigned to the team.
• Keep him/herself updated with the latest in SEO field.
• Handle additional responsibilities as and when delegated by Management.
• Prepare a performance log of the links team and give a proper monthly follow up to his/her superior.


Team Management Skills:

 Ensure that the team has been trained for all SEO skills.
 Motivate and develop the team to ensure smooth functioning of the team and promote teamwork.
 Achieve organizational profitability through effective utilization of all resources.
 Dealing with matters of the links team and responding to the same.


KEY SKILLS OF CANDIDATE:
- Motivated, Good Communication (spoken and written) Skills, Excellent Interpersonal Skills.
- Should be a good team player with good communication & negotiation skills and be able to make quick decisions.


Experience:
•Should have relevant experience in SEO.
•Should have at least held a position of a Team leader in an organization for up to 1 year.

Remuneration: As per candidate’s caliber. If candidate has relevant experience in the field of SEO salary is not an issue.






2.) Link Marketing Executives:
No of Posts Free: 3

Job Description: Has to send/submit a targeted number of links/posts
at various websites everyday.

Requirements: Candidate should have good knowledge of internet
Surfing. He should be able to search relevant websites to submit
Links, make blog/forum entries from SEO point of view.

Salary Offered: Starting Rs 5000
3.) Customer Care Executives:
No of Posts Free: 2

Job Description: Send quotes to our clients and try converting each
Quotation to a booking. This will involve giving a better price than
Our competitors and make a profit at the same time.

Requirements: Candidate should have a good command over written
English as our main cliental comes from the UK.
Some experience in sales and marketing will be beneficial.
Basic level of mathematics is required.
Good knowledge of internet and MS office.

Salary Offered: Starting 5000
Minimum qualification for all posts will be preferably graduates. Students who have appeared in their Final year graduation exams can also be considered.
Complete training is given for all the posts available.
Probation period for all posts is 6 months.
Further increments/appraisals/incentives are subject to the
Evaluation of the candidates work by the management.
